Ingredients:
1- Cheburic Myrobalan – Terminalia chebula (Harad – हरड़) (هلیله سیاه)
2- Brown Sugar (लाल शकर) (شکر سرخ – شکر سلیمانی)
3- Mastic Gum (मसतकि, गोंद) (مصطکی)
?Method:
1- All three to be taken in equal proportion and ground separately into powder.
2- Mix them together.
Important Points:
• The powder should not be very fine.
• Due to softness of the Mastic Gum (Mastaki), it should first be refrigerated so that it becomes hard, and then ground.

?Method:
1- All three to be taken in equal proportion and grinded separately into powder.
2- Mix them together.
